Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

Order Changes/Cancellations: Contact us ASAP at contact@boymamacandleco.com. We’ll try our best, but we can’t guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

For damaged or incorrect items, email contact@boymamacandleco.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
7) Gift Cards, Promotions & Store Credit

Gift Cards: Non‑refundable, not reloadable, not redeemable for cash (unless required by law), and subject to fraud checks.

Promotions/Discounts: Limited time, while supplies last, cannot be combined unless stated. We may modify or cancel promotions at any time.
