Refund Policy

We want you to love your candles as much as we love making them! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

    • Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at contact@boymamacandleco.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
