We want you to love your candles as much as we love making them! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Returns

Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items:

Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at contact@boymamacandleco.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged item.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
